Who is responsible for your data?

What we collect

• Your email address, to send you the link to your files and let you sign in to My account.
• Your text and template layout, so we can reproduce your files exactly and let you edit them.
• Your orders: number, date, status and amount.
• The email addresses with which you share an order.
• For paid orders, Stripe handles payment: we never receive your card number.

Why

• Delivering your files, links and account: this is necessary to fulfil your order.
• Keeping invoices and accounting records: this is a legal obligation.
• Protecting the service against abuse: this is our legitimate interest.

We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.

How long we keep it

• Orders and files: three years after your last order.
• Invoices: ten years, as required by law.
• Customisation drafts: only on your device, in your browser’s storage; they disappear when you clear the site’s data.

Who can access it

The team at La Cabine Bretonne and our technical providers: Supabase (database hosted in the European Union) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Depending on the features used, Resend sends emails and Stripe processes payments. Providers based in the United States are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and local storage

A session cookie lets you sign in to My account. Your browser’s local storage keeps your drafts and pre-fills your email address. These features are necessary for the service.

On photobooth-template.com, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public pages only after you consent. Before you choose, or if you decline, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. Account, payment and download pages, email addresses, personalised text and URL parameters are excluded from measurement. Google advertising features are disabled.

Your choice is stored on this device for six months. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) expire no later than six months after creation. Detailed analytics data is retained for fourteen months in Analytics, without automatically extending the period on each visit. Google receives the browsing data you consent to share; see its privacy policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time: measurement stops and Analytics cookies are deleted from this browser.
