Everything you need to know before choosing, customising and downloading your photo booth template.
Do I need an account to customise a template?
No. Previewing and customising work without an account: your draft is kept on your device. You only need an account to find your orders again in My account, using a link sent by email (no password needed).

What does the file I download contain?
A high-definition 300 DPI PNG overlay, transparent where the photos go, the file ready to import into dslrBooth, and the photo positions file (JSON) giving their coordinates in pixels.

Are my guests’ photos included in the file?
No. The photo areas are empty: the photos are taken on the day of the event by your photo booth, which places them in the frame.
Which formats are available?
10×15 cm (4×6 inches) in portrait or landscape, the 5×15 cm strip (2×6 inches) and, depending on the template, 13×13 and 15×15 squares and the 15×5 horizontal strip. Each template page lists the formats and layouts offered.

What can I customise?
The text (names, date, venue, message), the layout, the background and template colours, and the position and size of the areas. The site warns you if example text has been left in or if any text is too long.

Can I correct my template after downloading it?
Yes. From My account, you can edit your text and layout as many times as you need: your files and links are updated straight away.
Is my photo booth software compatible?
The ready-to-import file is made for dslrBooth. With other software, the transparent PNG overlay and the photo positions in JSON give the exact dimensions and positions to reproduce.

Can I give the files to my photo booth provider?
Yes. You can print them or hand them to your provider, and My account lets you share a link to your files with them. The template may not be resold or redistributed as such.

How does payment work?
The price, when there is one, is shown on the template page and in the summary before any payment. You pay by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe’s secure page: we never receive your card number.
How do I find my files later?
Sign in to My account with the email address used for the order: we’ll send you a sign-in link, no password needed. There you will find your orders, your files and your corrections.
