Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale by La Cabine Bretonne (RCS Rennes 100 783 075) of photo booth frame templates that can be customised online on Photobooth Template, to consumers and business customers.

2. What you are buying

Each purchase covers one customised template: a design, a format (for example, 10×15 portrait or a 5×15 strip) and a layout (a number of photos). It includes the high-resolution PNG overlay (300 DPI) with transparent photo areas, the file ready to import into dslrBooth, the photo positions file (JSON), and unlimited edits and downloads of that template.

Photos are taken by your photo booth on the day of the event: no photos are included in the files.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes: €3.00 per customised template, comprising €2.50 excluding VAT and €0.50 VAT at a rate of 20 %.

Templates can be downloaded free of charge in exchange for an email address. No payment is required.

4. Orders

Choose a template, customise it and check the preview, then enter your email address and pay for your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a permanent link to your files.

5. Payment

Payment is made by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on our payment provider Stripe’s secure page: we never receive your card number. Your invoice is available in your account.

6. Delivery

Files are available immediately after ordering, on the confirmation page, through the link emailed to you and in My account, accessible using the same email address.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28, paragraph 13 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium once supply has begun with your prior express consent and express acknowledgement that you waive this right. A checkbox collects this consent before payment: your files are available immediately.

8. Edits and conformity

You can edit your text and layout as often as needed from My account; your files and links are updated immediately. If a file is defective or does not match its description, contact us: we will replace it or refund you in accordance with the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content (Articles L224-25-12 onwards of the French Consumer Code).

9. Use of the files

The files are for your event: you may print them or give them to your photo booth provider. The template itself may not be resold or redistributed.

10. Liability

Check your text before downloading; the site flags unchanged example text and text that is too long. We guarantee files that match their description; printer and photo booth software settings remain the responsibility of the person printing.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is determined by law; for disputes between business customers, the Commercial Court of Rennes has jurisdiction.
