Matching the frame to your wedding flowers
Start from your florist’s brief. For a romantic, classic mood, Blush Peonies sets tender pink watercolour peonies on an off-white background. A Mediterranean celebration might call for Olive Branches or the deep green arch of Olive Garland. Garden weddings with a cottage feel suit English Rose Garden, dense with climbing roses in antique pink, while Woodland Ferns brings dark forest green and strong contrast.
Greenery lovers can look at Eucalyptus Sprigs, with sprigs at the foot of the photo, or Wild Eucalyptus, whose grey-green wreath spills over the edges of the frame. For Provence, Lavender Field runs a greyish-violet horizon along the bottom of the page.
Print sizes and photo layouts
The floral designs come as a 4×6 print in portrait or landscape and as a 2×6 photo strip. Many of them, such as Chamomile, Lavender Sprigs or Burgundy Marble, are also available as a 5×5 square, and a few as a 6×2 horizontal strip. The number of photos depends on the design and the layout, so check each design page.
Colours and wording
Flowers rarely come in exactly the shade shown on screen. In the editor you can recolour the background, each colour in the design or a single line of text, so the frame picks up the bridesmaids’ dresses or the table linen. Keep the wording simple — names, date, perhaps the venue — and see our wedding frame wording guide for ideas.
Watercolour fans will also like the watercolour wedding collection, and all styles are gathered on the wedding page.
